I completely agree with you regarding that website. Unfortunately we have nothing to do with that site. I also know the gentleman in charge seems to be very busy throughout the entire year. So here is the information I know about. It will be held this year the weekend of November 2 - 4, 2012. You can probably print out the form that is on that site and mail in with checks.
